Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible.
Most standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge when the cancellation is made at least one hour before the scheduled pickup time. After this period, a fee may apply, especially if a driver has already been assigned or is on the way.
For airport transfers, we ask for slightly more notice due to travel time and scheduling. Cancellations made two hours before pickup are generally free. If the cancellation is made later, a set fee may be charged.
In the case of corporate travel, weddings, event transfers, hotel pick-ups or parcel deliveries, longer notice is required. These services often involve advance arrangements, so late cancellations may incur partial or full charges.
If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger is not present or cannot be contacted, the booking may be recorded as a no-show. In such situations, the full fare or a no-show fee may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are issued when a cancellation is made within the allowed time or when we are unable to complete the service for reasons on our end. Refunds are processed through the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
Refunds do not apply if a booking is cancelled outside the permitted cancellation window, if incorrect details are provided, or if a passenger does not show up at the pickup location.
For parcel deliveries, once the driver has collected the parcel, the service cannot be cancelled and no refund can be issued. If the address provided is incorrect and the delivery cannot be completed, charges may still apply.
Changing a Booking
If you need to adjust your pickup time or destination, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Changes made before the driver is dispatched are usually free. If the driver is already en route, adjustment fees may apply.
