These Terms & Conditions outline how our services operate and what you can expect when travelling with us. By booking a taxi or using our website, you agree to the terms explained below.

1. General Service Use

We provide transport services across the Mornington Peninsula, including airport transfers, hotel transfers, event and wedding travel, corporate trips, and parcel deliveries. All bookings must include accurate details such as pickup location, time, passenger contact information, and destination. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service we are able to deliver.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a message, call, or email from us acknowledging the details. We always aim to arrive on time; however, unexpected delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or road conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are ready at the scheduled time. If the driver arrives and is unable to contact you, the booking may be marked as a no-show.

Please make sure all personal belongings are collected at the end of the trip. We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, though we will assist in locating lost items where possible.

4. Fares & Payments

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, waiting time, tolls (if applicable), and type of service requested. All charges will be explained before or during the booking process.
  • Payments can be made through the methods we accept, and a receipt can be provided upon request.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to update or cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
  • Changes are generally accepted if the driver has not yet been dispatched. Fees may apply if the adjustment is made too late or if significant travel arrangements were already in place.

6. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct flight details. We monitor flight information to adjust arrival times where possible. If the flight information is incomplete or incorrect, delays or missed pickups may occur.

7. Special Services

Weddings, corporate travel, parcel deliveries, and event transfers may require advance preparation. These bookings may involve specific arrangements, and therefore, different conditions or fees may apply. Any special requirements should be discussed at the time of booking.

8. Safety & Conduct

  • We prioritise passenger safety at all times. Drivers have the right to refuse service if a passenger behaves in a threatening, unsafe, or unlawful manner.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times. For children, it is the passenger’s responsibility to request the appropriate child seat when needed.

9. Vehicle Condition & Damage

Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle with care. Any intentional damage, excessive mess, or misuse may result in cleaning or repair charges.

10. Liability

While we strive to offer reliable and timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as traffic accidents, weather conditions, road closures, or unexpected vehicle issues.
We are also not liable for losses or missed flights resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

All personal information provided during a booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your details are used only for service-related purposes and are not shared unnecessarily.
